Trainee in Sales (6 - 12 months)

Your tasks:

  • Independent acquisition and qualification of leads by phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Supporting the sales organization throughout the entire sales process
  • Calls with potential customers for initial needs clarification
  • Creating and following up on offers
  • Complete management of the CRM

Your tasks:

  • 1st & 2nd level support: Independent processing of technical customer inquiries (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) and rapid escalation of complex cases.
  • Customer advice: Providing professional advice to our customers by phone, email and chat. Building long-term customer relationships.
  • Ticket management: Efficient processing of customer inquiries in our ticket system. Ensuring that problems are solved quickly.
  • Error analysis & resolution: Reproducing errors, identifying the causes and developing sustainable solutions.
  • Knowledge management: Expanding our knowledge database and creating FAQs and tutorials.
  • Cooperation: Close cooperation with other teams (development, sales and project management) to continuously improve our processes.

Your profile:

  • IT affinity: Successfully completed IT training or comparable qualification.
  • Support experience: At least 1 - 2 years of experience in 1st or 2nd level support, ideally in a software environment.
  • Fluency: Business fluent in German and French.
  • Technical competence: Sound knowledge of common IT systems and applications.
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to solve complex technical problems and develop structured solutions.
