MOST IMPORTANT PREPARATIONS FOR PROLINE
- Vacation planning 2025: If you work with the zero limit of the vacation balance counter, the vacation entitlement 2025 must be generated early so that vacations can be planned in 2025
- To be completed before the turn of the year: Store the operating calendar for 2025
- To be done after the turn of the year: Carry out correction postings, error corrections and payouts for 2024 to finalize the year
- Carry out annual transfer for all employees (possible from approx. mid-January 2025 as soon as all closing work for 2024 has been completed)

MOST IMPORTANT PREPARATIONS FOR BRIDGE4ERP
- The exception days must be recorded for 2025.
- The annual leave credits and remaining entitlements from 2024 are automatically carried over to 2025.
- We recommend that people with new annual credits do not enter them until January 2025, as the entry will be more efficient as the year does not have to be explicitly selected (the current year is displayed by default). For new entrants as of January 1, 2025, the credit balance is entered directly in the "Pro Rata" field. The value in the "Annual credit balance" field will only be relevant for entitlements in 2025.
