BASIC HUMAN RESOURCES COURSE

Participants will gain the ability to manage employees effectively.

They will be able to:

  • Manage time recording for employees, including new entrants and leavers.
  • Manage day types such as public holidays in the company calendar.
  • Record changes and short entries.
  • Securely carry out the approval process for absences.
  • Monitor attendance times and correct errors.

IMPLEMENTATION

The course takes place online via Microsoft Teams.

Participants need internet access and Microsoft Teams to take part in the online training. Participation in the course is also possible without installing the Microsoft Teams app via the Edge browser.

Courses are held for a minimum of 3 participants. You will be informed in good time when the course will be held.

Master data management:
New hires, departures and workload changes:
The corresponding master data is created or updated when new employees join or leave the company.

Company calendar:
The calendar contains important information such as public holidays.

E-mail notifications:
The system can automatically send e-mails, e.g. for forgotten time stamps or absence requests.
Mutations:
Changes:
Plan absences in advance and change them if necessary.
These absences can be of various kinds, from absences due to illness to military or civil defense.

Quick entry:
Quickly record working time and absences.
Monitor attendance times:
Warnings:
Cancellation of warnings.

Errors:
Correction of errors in time recording.
Workflow:
Vacation and absence requests: Employees can submit their requests directly in the system and have them approved by their line manager.
