Master course Time Recording in Human Resources: Intensive knowledge for professionals

Are you ready to take your time recording expertise to the next level? Then our master's course is just right for you! In this two-part course, we combine practical face-to-face sessions with interactive online exchange sessions to provide you with comprehensive know-how.

✅ In the face-to-face event in Sursee, you will deepen your knowledge of the functions of the time recording software and learn how to administer it effectively.

✅O ne week later, you will exchange ideas with our experts in an online exchange session and clarify any unanswered questions.

✅ In addition to the course, you will receive 14-day access to our learning environment. There you can test and practise what you have learned in a secure environment without affecting your productive system.

UPDATES

ADVANCED COURSE IN HUMAN RESOURCES

Participants will gain the ability to manage time recording.

They can:

  • Manage time recording for employees, including new entrants and leavers.
  • Map target time, breaks, suspensions and allowances in the daily program.
  • Map the rights of persons using mutation and authorization groups.
  • Store various entitlements such as vacation in the system.
  • Store rules for capping balances, e.g. flexitime, in the system.
  • Store rules for carrying over balances from the previous year in the system.
  • Maintain day types such as public holidays in the company calendar.
  • Create new codes and assign them to the corresponding mutation groups
  • Create various evaluations and lists

IMPLEMENTATION

The first part of the training takes place as a face-to-face event in Sursee. The final part is an online exchange round. Participation in the online exchange round is voluntary.

Participants need Internet access and Microsoft Teams to take part in the online exchange round. Participation in the training is also possible without installing the Microsoft Teams app via the Edge browser.
