Check our open positions
Are you a hands-on achiever who not only plans software projects, but personally drives them to success — from the initial analysis through to successful user training?
We are looking for a solution-oriented implementation specialist who develops a deep understanding of our application and integrates it seamlessly into our customers’ processes. You will be the central point of contact both on-site with customers and in the office. As an innovative market leader already using AI technologies productively today, we are looking for someone who is also curious about leveraging AI-supported approaches to make our software even more efficient and valuable for customers in selected areas.
Your Tasks (Impact & Responsibility)
- End-to-End Implementation: You are responsible for implementing our software for new customers from A to Z — including requirements analysis, technical configuration, and productive go-live rollout.
- System Configuration: You dive deep into the application and configure the system to maximize the individual business value for our customers.
- Enablement & Training: You conduct professional user trainings and ensure that customers can use the solution confidently and efficiently.
- Process Optimization with AI: Where standard solutions reach their limits, you evaluate the use of AI modules. You create concepts or simple prototypes to demonstrate how AI can solve specific customer challenges.
- Interface Function: You act as the voice of the customer toward our development team and structure requirements clearly for the product team — including potential AI-driven enhancements.
Your Profile
Must-haves
- Hands-on Mentality: You have completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, and have already gained experience in software implementation or IT consulting.
- Passion for Customer Interaction: You enjoy analyzing processes, explaining technical concepts in a clear and understandable way, and independently driving projects to success.
- Technical Affinity: You like diving deep into software logic. Concepts such as automation and AI are exciting tools for you, which you apply purposefully to solve real customer challenges.
- Cultural Fit: You work with a high level of professionalism, value strong team collaboration, and bring genuine enthusiasm for modern IT solutions.
- Language Skills: German (professional working proficiency) is required; English (advanced proficiency) is important for collaboration within the group and for technical AI-related topics.
Benefits
- 🤝 Global Network: Exchange of best practices within the Volaris Group.
- 🚗 Mobility: Company car (also for private use, including fuel card).
- 🕓 Flexibility: Remote/hybrid models, flexible working hours, modern ways of working, and a family-friendly culture.
- 🚀 Career & Development: Individual development plans, mentoring, internal mobility, and group-wide opportunities.
- 🧭 Ownership: Real responsibility, short decision paths, visible impact.
- 🔒 Stability: Permanent contract and market-competitive compensation.
Are you ready not only to meet our customers’ expectations, but to exceed them? Send your complete application documents (CV/résumé, references, certificates, diplomas, etc.) to personaladmin@zeitag.ch
We look forward to hearing from you!
Are you passionate about technology, solution-oriented, and committed to putting your customers’ needs first? Then join our team as a Technical Customer Support Agent. With your technical expertise, dedication, and enthusiasm for working with customers, you will provide professional support in the use of our software solutions – and help us shape the digital future.
Your responsibilities
- 1st & 2nd Level Support: Independently handle technical customer inquiries (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) and provide functional support for our software solutions.
- Application Support & Consulting: Help our customers get the most out of our applications, support them during release changes, and advise them on functional settings and interface configurations.
- Customer Consulting: Provide professional support by phone, email, and chat (database and server administration) and build long-term customer relationships.
- Ticket Management: Efficiently process and document inquiries in our ticketing system to ensure fast problem resolution.
- Error Analysis & Resolution: Reproduce software errors, identify their root causes, and develop sustainable solutions in close collaboration with our development team.
- Knowledge Management: Expand our knowledge base and create FAQs and tutorials for users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Development, Sales, and Project Management to continuously improve our products.
What you bring

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of networks (VLAN, VPN, firewalls), server infrastructure (Windows, virtualization, On-Premise and Cloud), as well as good MS SQL skills.
- Language Skills: Very good written and spoken German and good English skills. French is a plus.
You're a great fit for us if you...

- prefer to wait out changes – such as new releases, technologies or shifting priorities – rather than actively helping to shape them;
- prefer to work with few interfaces instead of regularly coordinating with development, sales and project management.
Benefits
