Agile thanks to Scrum
Our development team works with the agile methodology «Scrum». With this method, requirements are implemented in short intervals, known as sprints, and interim results are created. This allows the long-term plan to be continually refined and improved. The objective is the rapid development of high-quality solutions.
Team spirit
Informed employees are more motivated. For this reason, we place great emphasis on transparency. During our «agile day», which takes place every two weeks, the development team updates all employees on the latest developments and solutions. CEO Stefan Müller also presents his weekly «Company News». The flat hierarchy and the informal culture promote close collaboration. Everyone can contribute ideas and has the opportunity to make a significant impact.
